Request reason:

i will not violate rules Shan.diss (talk) 07:20, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The trouble with accepting unblock requests such as "i will not violate rules" is that experience over the years shows that editors who post unblock requests as vague as that usually don't actually understand the reason for the block, and therefore continue to edit in the same way as before. The block notice on the talk page of your earlier account tells you that in an unblock request you need to "Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked" and "Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked": you have done neither of those. Also, did you take the advice given on both talk pages to read the guide to appealing blocks before requesting an unblock? If you did, you should have realised that this request was unlikely to be accepted. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 12:35, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
